Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dee. By creating an account or using dee, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use dee.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 16 years old to use dee.

dee offers a free tier and paid plans. Not all plans are active at launch; availability and pricing may change, and the current options are shown in the app at purchase time.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.

• Cancel anytime. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Room Pass. The Room Pass is a one-time purchase granting 30 days of access to a single project. It is non-refundable once you begin work on a project with it.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its AI providers;
• use dee to build a competing dataset or model, or to resell access without permission; or
• misuse the service in any way that violates applicable law.

dee uses AI to generate renders, design suggestions, and product matches. These are visualizations and estimates, not guarantees. Renders may not perfectly reflect reality, and we do not warrant the accuracy of stock availability, pricing, dimensions, or whether a product will fit your space. Always verify measurements, price, and availability with the seller before purchasing. Purchases you make from third-party retailers are between you and that retailer. You own the content you upload (your photos) and retain rights to the designs you create, subject to the license you grant us to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). dee owns the platform — the software, design system, models we deploy, and all related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use dee, nothing more.

You may stop using dee and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@withdee.com; we honor deletion requests by purging your records and stored files (a self-serve option is a planned fast-follow). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we must close for legal or security reasons.

dee is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchasing decisions you make based on AI-generated output.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes are reflected in the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
